Excellent holiday house

5/5

| Elena | 19 Jul 2026

Holiday house with all living spaces on the same floor, perfectly equipped and clean in a very quiet area, yet with bars and restaurants nearby. Just a few minutes' walk from a beach perfect for small children (shallow water and no waves) on the calm Mar Menor. The highlight is undoubtedly the entire outdoor area with its impressive pool and the porch with a barbecue area (the photos don't do it justice). There is AC in every room to cope with possible summer heatwaves, another big plus! Vicente was very attentive, replying instantly and allowing early check-in since the property was available. We would definitely return without hesitation!

Our stay was fantastic. Vicente was very kind and replied very quickly to messages. We were allowed to visit the house before renting it. The house is magnificent, very well kept, has air conditioning, a pool, and is close to the beach.
