Communication with Rosa has been good, and the apartment was very clean, has everything needed: pool, garage, beach, and a Consum just 2 minutes from the door.<br/>However, sleeping in the small room is almost impossible because the air conditioning unit is in the window facing the terrace and makes a lot of noise. If you are on the terrace, you also have to turn it off because it releases a lot of heat. Additionally, the beds were very uncomfortable and you couldn’t sleep in them.<br/>Another downside was the frying pans, which were quite bad and everything stuck to them.<br/>It is a fairly strict residential complex regarding noise regulations, and it is not located in Denia town, but on the outskirts. There is no promenade, making it quite complicated to walk around, and the only way to walk is between buildings and right next to the road; there are hardly any sidewalks. If you have a dog or just enjoy walking, this is not a good area for that, but if you just want to rest, it’s great.

Very good location, suitable apartment with a good price-quality ratio. Clean and well equipped with essential items.<br/>The only downside is that the terrace has nothing to protect from the sun, and the air conditioning unit gives off a lot of heat, making it practically unusable.
