An excellent apartment in a quiet spot in Valras with everything within reasonable walking distance.

Positive: Good location in a quiet part of Valras. The apartment is part of a gated 'residence' from which you can see the pool. The comfort of the apartment is good, including 2 air conditioners, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet. A large 'indoor' balcony makes the apartment as a whole a pleasant place. There are a few restaurants nearby. A nice place for breakfast/lunch is 'Croissanthe'. Within walking distance (500 m) there is also a small supermarket and a bakery. When booking, pay attention to whether you need to bring your own bed linen and towels or whether you should reserve them in advance (!) with the owner. Communication with the owner is direct and in French and is pleasant.

The apartment is very well located, both in the residence with a view of the pool and in relation to the sea and the seaside promenade towards the center of Valras. The apartment is well laid out and is quite spacious; the open kitchen to the living room is equipped with quality materials. We really enjoyed the large terrace that opens onto the living room and the main bedroom, which is not very sunny when the sun is directly overhead, but it is good to be cool when the sun is omnipresent outside. The pool is very pleasant, sunny as desired, and we enjoyed meeting the other residents. Good value for money!
