The host was very available (at a distance) and very responsive. Everything was very clear. The approximate cleanliness of the studio is the result of previous scrupulous tenants, as well as certain damages that I mentioned to the owner. The cleaning equipment on site has obviously been mishandled by the tenants (yes, a vacuum cleaner can be emptied and unclogged as needed). The studio could use a good end-of-season check-up 🙃, but it's a very pleasant accommodation, in an accessible and very quiet residence, very close to the slopes, shops, shuttles... and the price remains affordable for families like ours. So that's a big plus. And the owner(s) is/are pleasant.

Less than two minutes from the shuttle bus stop and the small shopping center, with a beautiful view of the mountains and no direct neighbors, good sound insulation, oversupplied with small household appliances but very little storage space and many things broken, dirty or missing, including: no curtain in the main room (one support of the bar is torn off, and there are neither blinds nor shutters), no shower curtain, and still only a simple mixer, a mattress wider than the bed... The mandatory smoke detector is useless: mounted above the cooking area, it has certainly triggered false alarms because someone has dismantled it and put it in a corner.

Very good location not far from the slopes, however it lacks cleanliness, a vacuum cleaner that doesn’t work, no shower curtain. It’s a shame because the residence is peaceful.
