Very nice stay at La Perle Bleue; the pool and terrace are really lovely, although there were quite a lot of small mosquitoes. Everything is open-plan so you have to be comfortable living with insects; we also had a few ants in the various rooms. The facilities are very nice and the kitchen is well equipped. Emmanuelle was very kind and welcoming and responded very quickly to our questions by text!

Very nice stay at La Perle Bleue, the pool and terrace are really lovely

Magnifique!

Magnificent! Total change of scenery!
Lovely house in the municipality of Saint Pierre, with a stunning view of the Caribbean Sea. Very functional and close to shops and the beach. My friends and I had a wonderful time in the pool and jacuzzi with no overlooking neighbors, in complete privacy enjoying the beautiful sunset. We were able to whip up some tasty dishes thanks to the fully-equipped kitchen. Frédéric is very welcoming, courteous, and reachable at all times. We will return!

Magnificent! Total change of scenery!

super logement, hôte fort sympathique

great accommodation, very friendly host

We spent three wonderful days and nights in this haven of peace.
It is the dream holiday home!
Magical setting: Terrace overlooking the sea which ends with a swimming pool, lush vegetation, don’t hesitate to walk around the house, a small grove with fruit trees.
The house is impeccable.
Nothing negative to say about the bedding, we slept like babies. And there are shutters on the windows so that the morning sun doesn’t wake you up (that's not the case everywhere, especially in hotels).
The house is very close to St Pierre (5 minutes by car), so there are amenities, the market, the fishermen,...
There is everything you need in the kitchen to prepare simple dishes (including a charcoal barbecue) and a large selection of restaurants for the less adventurous 😉
We were 4: 2 adults and 2 children. It was perfect. There is a sofa bed in the living room, I think it’s possible to have 6, but 5 would be more comfortable.
Even though we live just on the other side of the island, total escape!
Thank you, and for sure, we will come back!

An exceptional setting, a very beautiful house with an amazing view!! We were warmly welcomed by James, who took the time to introduce us to the house. Very pleasant pool with a view of the sea and a blooming garden. The bedding was perfect; the only small downside is the closet doors in one of the rooms, which are very difficult to open. We had a very pleasant holiday in St. Pierre.

An exceptional setting, a very beautiful house

With family (5 people including a baby), we spent a timeless weekend of 3 days at the Perle Bleue, and we had an unforgettable time! The house is very well-maintained and offers many options for accommodation and relaxation, in addition to being in a setting that anyone would envy.
Finally, the hospitality, attentiveness, and availability of the hosts are of high quality, and it is immediately clear that their concern for ensuring we had a good time is genuine.
Thank you, and see you very soon!!

Very beautiful house! The large outdoor terrace and the pool facing the sea are a plus. It was always very pleasant to have our meals outside. We would have gladly extended our stay!!! Close to the very beautiful Anse Couleuvre beach and the Le Prêcheur-Grande Rivière trail, as well as Mont Pelée (via Morne-Rouge). A good place to stay in the north of the island. I recommend!

Very beautiful house! The large terrace

Lovely house with a very cozy exterior. You feel alone surrounded by the vegetation. The view is beautiful. The music is meant to be enjoyed outdoors. You definitely need a car to get to the beach and the restaurants (5 min by car), but we chose it for the sense of tranquility it gives off. It’s our favorite spot in Martinique, and if we come back, we will return to this house only.

Lovely house with a very cozy exterior

Excellent accommodation located in a great spot

We had a fantastic stay at this villa in St-Pierre. The ocean view is stunning, the garden is beautiful, and the pool is spacious and so much fun. The outdoor space is gorgeous and very private, and the gated entrance made us feel extremely safe.

The villa itself is very comfortable and spacious, with two large bedrooms and plenty of room for our belongings. A fun bonus: the blender was a huge hit with my daughters, we made smoothies every day with the mango-raspberry duo from the grocery store!

Manu welcomed us warmly, showed us around the house, and gave us great recommendations for the area. She even prepared a homemade ti-punch for us, which was such a thoughtful touch. Truly a wonderful host. We would absolutely come back!

Genuine love for this house

Lovely house, clean with a pretty garden and pool. Ideally located for visiting the north of the island.

Beautiful view

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay 1 week stay in early February, 2025. The villa was clean, well-stocked and private as pictured. The grounds were tidy. The pool was fantastic. The heat pump units in the bedrooms worked well. The short driveway up to the villa is steep but manageable with a small rental car. There is remote access through the security gate. The hosts were very friendly and punctual and even provided a few extra items we requested! Thank you again! Some road noise is heard (which was expected after seeing the location on Google Earth). Also there is a nearby gravel plant and some noise from that is heard on weekdays (minor). A suggestion (minor): bring your own face towels (or ask the host to provide them). Only large towels were provided. Also we were surprised that a 500 Euro security deposit was requested by the host at arrival. There was no convenient payment method possible so we asked that our credit card be charged or for the host to return to collect cash. Neither happened. We didn't cause any damage so the issue was moot. Usually this is taken care of at the time of booking through VRBO (in our experience as Americans). Perhaps this is common through HomeRez. Also there is a 14 Euro per person "exit tax" which is payable to the host at departure so be prepared with cash. Regardless of the few minor items - this villa is highly recommended overall and we would rent here again! Thank you!

Fantastic Martinique villa!

Traumhaftes Haus in schöner Lage

We felt very comfortable. The house is modern and clean. We greatly appreciated the large kitchen including a fridge with an ice maker. The garden and pool are a dream. Beautiful sea view and not far from town. We would have liked mosquito nets over the beds, but there are air conditioners.

Pleasant stay

We loved it! Lovely and functional villa in a paradise setting! The jacuzzi sessions were restorative after our various hikes in the area. The only downside is that for long stays, the kitchen isn't big enough to cook meals for the whole family. An outdoor kitchen would be perfect!

Villa to recommend!

From the moment we arrived at the villa, we were immediately blown away by the view not only from the terrace but also from the living room and our bedroom. The pool is magnificent, the garden is wonderful, there’s no one overlooking us, the villa is equipped with beautiful and modern furniture, the bedding is excellent, and the shower is large and original. The location is excellent for exploring the town of Saint-Pierre and the northern part of Martinique. The most beautiful beaches on the island are not far away, nor is the rainforest. We will certainly return and thank Mr. James for his hospitality.
