Dear Oliviero,<br/>thank you for the pleasant stay in your apartment. We know, that we were very short termed with our booking. Unfortunately the communication getting access to the apartment was not satisfactiory for us. We waited more than 2h without proper instruction or timing from your side. The apartment is very beautiful, but does not fully match the images in Airbnb. We checked the roof terrace and it is currently not fully accessable because of major construction works. The elevator is out of order. The staircase requires repairs (many steps are broken). WLAN code was not available.

Very nice stay in the heart of the Marina district. Ideal apartment for short stays. Access is only by elevator. So if you have different needs, contact the host for alternative instructions about accessing via the stairs. Oliviero was immediately available to meet the guests' needs. Overall a nice experience.
