Excellent séjour de 4 jours
Emplacement super pour aller skier, télécabine du Prorel accessible à pied en 5-7 min chaussures de ski aux pieds. A noter si vous ne connaissez pas la station de ski, la télécabine peut ne pas vous donner accès à tout le domaine de Serre Chevalier si le 2cd tronçon est fermé pour vent ou risque d'avalanche. Mais super rapport qualité prix pour ce bel appartement hyper bien agancé, très propre et accueil hyper réactif et sympatique.
Commerces, restos, ciné et même bowling à proximité, le confort d'une petite ville !

Great location for skiing, Prorel cable car accessible on foot in 5-7 minutes with ski boots on. Note that if you are not familiar with the ski resort, the cable car may not provide access to the entire Serre Chevalier area if the second section is closed due to wind or avalanche risk. But great value for money for this beautiful apartment which is very well laid out, very clean, and with a very responsive and friendly welcome.
Shops, restaurants, cinema, and even bowling nearby, the comfort of a small town!

Appartement dans une résidence calme. L'appartement est à côté de toutes les commodités, accessibles à pied. L'appartement est bien équipé (même si je n'ai eu besoin que du lit et la douche) Marc a pu répondre à mes attentes, notamment horaires, suite à plusieurs imprévus de mon côté. En gros, une bonne expérience.

Apartment in a quiet residence. The apartment is close to all amenities, within walking distance. The apartment is well equipped (even though I only needed the bed and the shower) Marc was able to meet my expectations, especially regarding schedules, due to several unforeseen circumstances on my side. Overall, a good experience.

Cet appartement est le pied à terre parfait pour un séjour à Serre-Chevalier ! À la fois au pied des pistes, avec un petit accès piéton agréable et direct aux télécabines, et situé tout de même en pleine ville, ce qui fait que tout est accessible à pied ! Par ailleurs le stationnement sur place rend les choses très faciles en voiture, mais c’est aussi parfait si on vient en train à Briançon. La résidence est super tranquille, pas de bruit de l’extérieur car cela donne sur une cour. Les grandes baies vitrées font que l’appartement est assez lumineux, malgré le fait qu’il est à l’entresol, du coup ça ne nous a pas gênés. Beau balcon, doit être chouette en été (là on ne l’a pas utilisé car il faisait trop froid). L’appartement a été entièrement refait à neuf avec beaucoup de soin dans les détails et très bon goût ! Un point spécial pour la cuisine, très bien équipée pour cuisiner, j’ai vraiment apprécié et nous avons pu en profiter pour faire beaucoup de nos repas à la maison ! Le canapé est très confortable, la pièce principale est bien agencée et donne une impression d’espace très agréable quand le lit est fermé. Le lit aussi est très confort, le matelas est super pour un lit de ce type, on a vraiment bien dormi ! La salle de bain est très bien agencée avec 2 lavabos, un confort supplémentaire à plusieurs, et la douche à l’italienne est superbe ! Linges de bonne qualité. Dernier point extra : les très grandes armoires encastrées qui offrent plein de place pour ranger les affaires! Bref, tout était au top. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir chez Marc, qui est de surcroît un hôte très avenant et flexible sur les horaires de départ et d’arrivée. Nous recommandons cet appart sans hésiter !

This apartment is the perfect base for a stay in Serre-Chevalier! It is both at the foot of the slopes, with a pleasant pedestrian access directly to the cable cars, and right in the city, making everything accessible on foot! Furthermore, the parking on site makes things very easy by car, but it is also perfect if you come by train to Briançon. The residence is super quiet, with no noise from outside as it looks out onto a courtyard. The large windows make the apartment quite bright, despite being on the ground floor, which did not bother us. A nice balcony, it must be lovely in the summer (we did not use it as it was too cold). The apartment has been completely renovated with great care for detail and very good taste! A special mention for the kitchen, which is very well equipped for cooking, I really appreciated it, and we were able to enjoy making many of our meals at home! The sofa is very comfortable, the main room is well arranged and gives a very pleasant sense of space when the bed is closed. The bed is also very comfortable, the mattress is great for a bed of this type, we really slept well! The bathroom is very well arranged with 2 sinks, an added comfort for several people, and the Italian shower is superb! Quality linens. Last extra point: the very large built-in wardrobes that offer plenty of space to store things! In short, everything was top-notch. We will gladly return to Marc, who is also a very accommodating host and flexible about arrival and departure times. We highly recommend this apartment without hesitation!

Positive : L’appartement est assez grand pour 5 personnes, et est assez joliment aménagé et décoré. Je pense qu’il y a tout les équipements nécessaires mais je n’ai pas pu vraiment juger car nous sommes restés qu’une nuit.
 Negative : Le ménage laisse à désirer : il n’y a que les parties visibles qui ont été faite et encore, vite fait. Les matelas, celui du lit 2 personnes et celui du canapé, sont très inconfortable : À changer absolument. Qu’un seul rouleau de papier toilette ! …

Positive: The apartment is large enough for 5 people and is quite nicely furnished and decorated. I think there are all the necessary amenities, but I couldn't really judge since we only stayed one night.
Negative: The cleaning leaves a lot to be desired: only the visible parts have been cleaned, and even then, it was done quickly. The mattresses, the one for the double bed and the one for the sofa, are very uncomfortable: They absolutely need to be replaced. Only one roll of toilet paper!
