The place is great and it is keep in a good condition. The distance to the beach is not the best, but restaurantes and supermarket are within 10 minutes. One important issue to consider is that the price announced it is kind of misleafing, as some charges are not included, like linen, towels and insurance. In our opinion, all should be included in the price
