Stay did not start off well at all.. lots of miscommunication on how to get to the location.. then when we arrived our apt was not available and so they took us to another one nearby. Needless to say it was a VERY ROCKY start to our stay in Kinshasa. BUT... the following day they went above and beyond to make things right even providing us with one of their employees (Péguy) to assist us as a "fixer" every day of our stay. And Péguy was a total Rockstar. Very helpful and nice guy. Overall, I have to recommend them on their willingness to do the right thing and fix a problem that had really upset the beginnings of an already very difficult work trip.
