The house is very spacious and comfortable. It has everything you need in the kitchen and across the house. The upper floor is great to accommodate kids. Still some parts to be finished at the entrance, but overall amazing house.

Lovely family house. Very well equipped, modern and comfortable. The sleeping areas are spacious. The bathrooms are very clean and have ventilation (windows). The children's area on the upper floor is ideal. Despite the very high temperatures, the house remains pleasant thanks to the many glass doors/windows that open to the outside and allow ventilation.

Family stay in a very well-equipped house with a very pleasant pool.<br/>Located in a quiet residential area, 20 minutes by car from the beaches, Capbreton, Hossegor ... A big thank you to Nina for her warm welcome, her availability and responsiveness in changing the broken parasol. We were able to enjoy the terrace during this very sunny weekend. It should be noted that the two attic bedrooms with a fan remain warm when the temperature is particularly high, as it was this Pentecost weekend.
