We recently stayed at this villa in Marrakech with a group of 12. While the villa itself is stunning, with beautiful design, spacious rooms, and great amenities. The biggest issue and the main reason for the 4 star rating is the location. The villa's location on Airbnb is incorrect. It’s actually around 20 minutes further away than shown, which made it about 30 minutes from the city centre and key spots like the main square and shopping areas. Since we booked using the location filter, this felt misleading. It’s not walkable, and we had to hire two cars on arrival just to get around. Some other issues worth noting: The pool filter had an issue on the last day of our stay Wi-Fi didn’t fully reach one of the outhouses. On the positive side: The staff were fantastic — friendly, helpful, and always available when needed.Halima and Abdul Rahim were excellent. The breakfasts were delicious, freshly made, and a lovely touch each morning. The villa itself is beautiful

Our stay at this villa in Marrakech was very pleasant. The staff is extremely helpful, attentive, and very responsive to all our requests. The photos are completely true to the place, which is even more beautiful in reality than in the pictures. The pool is spacious and very enjoyable. The team on site is available and quick to respond. A big thank you especially to Abdelouahed for his availability, kindness, and all his attentions. He took care of us with great care and attention, always attentive throughout the stay, like a real family member. We had a wonderful family stay and have many beautiful memories. We recommend it without hesitation!

Perfect 3/4 day stay to fully enjoy all the activities offered in the accommodation and its tranquility with friends. A squad in the kitchen taking care of everything and of excellent quality! Close to the wakeboard spot and its restaurant!
