This sea view apartment is very well located

This sea view apartment is very well located if you want to enjoy the unobstructed view of the sea and a very peaceful setting and don't mind a 10-minute walk to the Palais or the historical city center. I stayed in the apartment by myself during Mipim and I always prefer places with a quiet setting. The interior dates back a couple of decades, including the appliances, but I did not use anything as I was out most of the time and the view just made it worth it for me. The accessibility of the beach is also very good.

Super! Incredible view from the balcony and close to the beach. Good access to the sea and one to the city. Nice property. Good communication and flexibility with a friendly host. We are incredibly satisfied with our stay and would love to come back.

Positive: The location, close to the old town, the beach, and grocery stores. The balcony with a nice view. Negative: There was only cold water in the shower, the refrigerator hardly worked, and the Wi-Fi didn’t work.
