Cannes spreads its seafront between the Croisette and the Old Port, halfway between sandy beaches and the hills of the Riviera hinterland. A city of festivals and strolls, it lends itself just as well to cultural stays as to seaside getaways in any season.

Walking the Croisette, Le Suquet and the islands

Start with the Croisette and its beaches, then climb up into Le Suquet, the old hilltop quarter, to the Mont-Chevalier tower and the Notre-Dame-d'Espérance church for the view over the bay. The Forville market stocks you up on Provençal produce: make the most of an apartment with a kitchen to prepare your meals and come home at your own pace after a day out.

Set sail for the Lérins Islands: Sainte-Marguerite and its fort housing the Sea Museum, Saint-Honorat and its monastery. In spring, the Cannes Film Festival brings the Palais des Festivals to life; the rest of the year, the coastal path and the coves of the Pointe Croisette invite you to swim.

Where to set down your bags in Cannes

Our apartments and studios are concentrated in the heart of the city. Near the Croisette, you can reach the beach and the shops on foot; over towards Le Suquet and the Old Port, the atmosphere is more authentic, with steep lanes and fish restaurants.

The districts around the station and the Rue d'Antibes suit practical stays, well connected to the rest of the Côte d'Azur. A whole place offers the ideal space and independence for a weekend as a couple as well as for a family holiday, with the freedom to organise your days between sea, markets and excursions to Antibes or Grasse.
