Very nice stay. Yves is a friendly, responsive and flexible host for both arrival and departure. The apartment offers very good value for money: spacious for 2 adults and 1 baby, with baby equipment in good condition. The covered terrace is very pleasant and the residence is nice, with a pool available even though the water is chilly. The location is convenient in Saint-Pierre, 700 m from shops and the beach, but the return route is entirely uphill and quite demanding. Note: the apartment is noisy (road close to the bedroom and the upstairs neighbour, sometimes at night) and there is a damp/musty smell, especially in the bedroom. Some residents have their animals relieve themselves in the corner in front of the apartment, which sometimes causes unpleasant smells on the terrace. Finally, Netflix, listed in the ad, did not work. Despite these drawbacks, we enjoyed our stay for the space, the baby equipment, the terrace and the value for money.

We had a good stay. The accommodation is functional, but a small drawback: very humid and dark. The bed in the bedroom is moderately comfortable and should be reviewed. Overall it's fine; Yves is very friendly and accommodating.
