Rafaela, was a lovely host along with her son, very warm and welcoming. This is a historic place to stay, the lay out of the buildings is very unique and filled with a history of local habitation. Most bedrooms have easy access to bathrooms, a real plus for the 7 of us staying in the house. The pool area was my highlight, always clean and with a fridge and toilets in the pool building. The building also has a lovely central courtyard and patio with a table tennis table. Be aware however that the space comes with some quirks. This includes lots of mosquitoes, so be ready. There was no hot water for showers also while we stayed. We were expected to remove from the site our rubbish, which in the middle of the countryside is a little odd, but not a drama. Also strange was the lack of wine glasses and olive oil to cook with in the middle of olive farm and vineyard! If staying again I might specify exactly the amount of bedrooms in the house we require upfront, we did have to share some rooms in a 9 bedroom house.
