We experienced several things:
The apartment was not at the location marked on Google Maps but a little further away.
I don’t know what the problem was, but there was a very nice and friendly lady waiting for us who did not know that the booking had been made through Airbnb, and besides, they wanted to charge a deposit and for parking, which clearly states in the ad that it was free. Obviously, it wasn’t the lady's fault who received us. She was as surprised as we were.
The rest was okay; the apartment said it had one bedroom but was actually a studio.
But it was well located and clean.

Patro was responsively active in our communications. We did not understand each other about where to pick up the keys, however, she arrived in short time to the place. She insisted a bit about taking the private parking lot, and after feeling pressured to take it, I accept it. Mention that the elevator to go to the parking lot is for cars, if you are claustrophobic, take it within your responsibility. She was very kind and give us a fourth set of towels (we did not mention we were 4 instead of 3, as registered). Unfortunately, the whole place was full of dog hair everywhere, warning allergic persons. The place was comfortable enough for a couple of nights and the view are amazing.

We loved the night we spent in Arinsal, and now that we have discovered the area, we are dreaming of returning!

The place where the room is located is huge but still very picturesque. Normally, I prefer self-check-ins, but luckily the host arranged a meeting to help us get in and gave us all the good tips. Super communication, very responsive and friendly ♡
Also, our pets were welcome and even received a little treat.
