Our stay was very good, the house is beautiful, communication over the phone with Mariette Opet was excellent. (unfortunately absent) The person who was on site was very helpful and friendly. Thank you for the little attention upon our arrival.

We were very well received at Mariette's. The accommodation is exactly as shown in the photos. The spaces are large and the decoration is pleasant.<br/>The swimming pool is really beautiful<br/>Mariette welcomed us with a snack.🙂<br/>However, it lacked some basic items like oil, vinegar, coffee filters, dish soap, paper towels, etc.; there was only salt and pepper, which is a bit inconvenient when you are only staying for a short time.<br/>We recommend this establishment without hesitation and would be happy to return.

The house is ideally located in the lowland next to the most beautiful beaches of the island, close to all amenities. Superb 360-degree view of the sea and the sugar cane fields, nice pool, and spacious, well-ventilated house on the heights. Despite our late arrival, Mariette kindly prepared a delicious chicken colombo (the best we have eaten on the island). Mariette was responsive to our requests; we just found it unfortunate that we could not use the air conditioning at our convenience (automated system activated at night with no option to turn it off in the downstairs room and defective in the upstairs room - we will see if the problem persists). The windows in the upstairs bedroom were unfortunately not airtight and without panes. Overall, we had a pleasant stay at Mariette's, with just a few small details to review.
