Hervé was neither very helpful nor very reliable regarding the mobile home information, booking details or information about the campsite. On the other hand, the concierge service (Sonia and her husband) was more than satisfactory. They were available, reliable, kind, very accommodating and particularly effective in handling things personally. Many thanks to them — I truly recommend them.

We felt very comfortable; the house had everything needed to spend a few days with the family.
