Positive: The owner is a very pleasant person who adapted to our arrival time after 11 hours of flying and over two hours to pick up the car, we were able to check into the accommodation around noon, which allowed us to take a good shower after this tiring trip. Very accessible parking with allocated space. Access is not via Rue Monthion, but at 28 Rue Jacob which is one-way; it would be good to specify this to travelers to set their GPS. Thank you Mr. Soui Mine for your hospitality. Negative: cleanliness in general. The presence of a cleaner before the arrivals of travelers would not be a luxury.
