We were wonderfully welcomed (Luiz waited for us until midnight due to our flight). The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures, its space is very pleasant, and the neighborhood is typical and of high quality. We are used to a softer bed but we slept well. The immediate proximity to the sea is a real pleasure and parking is hassle-free.

Despite the minor issues (fridge door messy and smells under sink) in the kitchen, we loved the house - very comfortable bed and great bathroom with tub. Perfect location :)

We had a woderful time at luiz apartment. It is quite far to walk from the historical city center but there is a very good connection to the center by bus (500) or the historic tram line, which is fantastic. Therefore the atlantic ocean and the douro are just a 2 minute walk away. That might be the reason for the dampness in this beautiful, old house. Communication with luiz very good. He gave us a lot of helpful information about the quarter foz and porto.
