The house is in a beautiful location, is well equipped, with sufficient bedrooms and bathrooms for a larger group. The host is very hospitable, offering pickup at the airport and showing the neighborhood. At the time we visited (end of April) nights were still a bit cold, but the house has sufficient heating facilities.
