House in Le Vauclin, near the beaches

I had a pleasant and peaceful stay. The house is modern, spacious, and well-equipped. A nice plus for the kitchen and the smart TV. There are a few areas that could use more attention to cleaning. But overall, a high-quality stay and responsive hosts.

Hello, we had a very nice stay. The house was very clean and very well equipped. To my great surprise, it had everything we needed. A spa was waiting for us. We made the most of it and highly recommend this accommodation, which is very functional. We will return on our next holiday.

Hello, we had a very nice stay

Positive: The tranquility of the environment
Cool drinks in the fridge upon arrival
Negative: Improvements needed: used sponges / wet bath mats / bed not made, sheets were in the cupboards...
The feeling of being a bit closed in when outside.

Good for short stays

Positive: Warm welcome with fresh fruits, juice, and water upon arrival. Top location and the house is secured by a gate. The house's amenities (air conditioning, washing machine, fridge, toaster, coffee maker, and grill) were excellent.
Negative: Unfortunately, the cleaning done by a company needs improvement. The plumbing in the bathroom is covered in black stains due to humidity, and I had to clean the shower cabin entirely before using it.

Pleasant Location

Positive : Bien équipé et tranquillité du lieu,

Bien équipé et tranquillité du lieu,

Positive: Well-equipped and tranquility of the place,

Well-equipped and tranquility of the place,

Positive : endroit très calme fort paisible
Negative : logement spacieux

accueillant

Positive: very quiet and peaceful place
Negative: spacious accommodation

welcoming

Positive: Beautiful house, pleasant to live in... The space is ideal for children to play in the completely enclosed garden... All rooms are air-conditioned and the kitchen is very well equipped! Special mention goes to the welcome basket and the attention for the children.
Negative: Open shower, water gets everywhere but that’s just a detail and it remains very practical for showering the little ones.

House for a family or friends stay

Positive: Danielle is lovely and very helpful. There were the essentials for a breakfast, except for the coffee pods. The toaster was no longer operational, but there was another small grill, which we used to toast bread in the morning. The laundry dries really quickly at night on the drying rack. The air conditioning in the bedrooms was really effective, no need to run it all night. Thank you, Danielle, for your attention to the mosquito net (being allergic), and also for my hat that you brought down for us to Fort de France. A big heart for you.
Very functional, there were cleaning products available, which is not everywhere.
The church’s structure is simply majestic, there were songs and prayers, it was a deep, powerful moment.
Negative: The air conditioning in the living room/kitchen, one of them did not cool (the left one), the one on the right provided a bit of coolness. The toaster was no longer operational, but there was a small grill. The bath towels smelled damp, I washed them upon our arrival. A shower curtain should be put up as the water damages your furniture, also better to have a squeegee to avoid water everywhere as it can be slippery.
The mattresses are not comfortable, unanimously.
At the market, there was only one vendor and she was very expensive.
If you can build a pool, I am sure people will rent longer in your lovely villa.

Danielle's availability, she is

Positive : Absolument Tout

On reviendra

Positive: Absolutely everything
Negative: We discussed with the host what was important to us, and she took it into account immediately!

Great time with family! We will come back

Positive: Very quiet neighborhood, a very well-furnished house, and a friendly welcome.

Summary

Positive: The welcome, the availability, the little attentions, and the patience of the hostess. Negative: Nothing to report.

Positive: The little attentions from our host: fresh fruits, cold refreshments, and documents to discover this magnificent country.

Great, I recommend

Good welcome despite our late arrival - the accommodation is well equipped and functional - the manager gave us the Wi‑Fi code - a small yard (with its family of crabs) goes around the house. Downsides: the Senseo was dirty - not all sheets had been changed - furniture, wardrobe shelves and corners were dusty - the shower was not usable because it flooded quickly.

Short stay Martinique

Small functional house with everything you need. Nicely decorated -
However, one downside was that the coffee maker had not been cleaned - the furniture and surfaces were dusty.
Some sheets did not seem to have been changed -
The bathroom was far from practical as it was flooded after each shower.

Stay

We had a lot of pleasure occupying this well-located, beautiful, and functional house. We appreciated the household equipment, especially the washing machine and all the cleaning products provided. We were able to park the car in the garden, a real plus in this neighborhood where parking spots are highly sought after.
