The terrace was great, had breakfast up there every day, hardly anyone else ever there.<br/>The only negative is the lack of sound proofing, can hear neighbours clearly, although Grimanesa did speak with the people above me about their music when I mentioned it.

Excellent flat, five minutes walk away from the beach, the restaurants at the marina, and the bus station. Clean, quiet, easy to find, and well equipped. Highly recommended!

I can recommend Grimanesa's apartment. Suitable for solo travelers, couples, and families. The rooftop terrace is a great asset. It is large enough to share with the other residents of the house; there are 5 apartments in total.
