The terrace was great, had breakfast up there every day, hardly anyone else ever there.<br/>The only negative is the lack of sound proofing, can hear neighbours clearly, although Grimanesa did speak with the people above me about their music when I mentioned it.

This apartment is very convenient for the beach, marina and restaurants. It is well equipped and had everything we needed, including plenty of towels. Very clean.
