Juan's house is very good. It has a great location — you only need to go down one street to reach the beach. When we arrived everything was also very clean. However, some neighbours complained about the noise we made; if they had told us we would have been more careful, but they told the owner instead and he did not come across very well. He also complained that there were eight of us, but in several reviews we read he replies that the flat is for eight, so if that were not the case we obviously would not have booked it.

The accommodation matches the description and is a very good option for a few days in Gandía. We were not there during peak season and were able to park without problems.<br/>We missed a small toaster for breakfast in the morning, but everything else was fine for staying a few days in Gandía.

We have been very comfortable! Juan has been a great host, he has taken great care of us. The apartment has a supermarket nearby, is in a very quiet area and is spacious and comfortable. We would definitely come back!
