The place is really spacious, great for socialising and groups, plus the bedding was soft. It was lovely to have a Christmas tree and festive banner to greet us too, and Rachel was welcoming and accomodating. Overall it was a good base for a short stay but a few small improvements are needed. We stayed as a large group and would have liked to be able to lock the communal bathroom doors, and the place could do with some fresh (instead of scratched and rusty!) pans to cook with, but luckily we managed with the one big pan we found. There is a toilet at the far end of the kitchen that needs sorting out to make it usable too. Once these are sorted it will be a good, affordable base for a group.

I stayed here with a group of friends and had a wonderful time! The housekeeper Rachel in particular was amazing and very helpful and accommodating! The bedrooms were nicely kept and most of them appeared newly furnished. She had also stocked the house with basic necessities and even baked us some yummy fresh bread. Amazing! The communication was great and they helped us out a lot with some smaller things as we also had babies in the mix. Easy bus to central Brighton. Only thing is the garden furniture may need replacing as it’s ageing a bit. Thank you again it was a wonderful experience
