Kamal was extremely responsive through messages, and communicated well. We were met on the street by one of the palace’s staff who showed us to our room and allowed us to drop our bags in the room early which was extremely helpful. The palace was an incredible place to stay and felt surreal. The room was excellent and breakfast in the morning was great value at 70 dirhams each. The room was spacious and clean, and the pool and garden were also great to spend time in. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The riad is absolutely spectacular and in a great location. If visiting Fes, I would definitely recommend this accommodation.

The palace impressed us a lot. The courtyard has a special atmosphere. We enjoyed being able to sit outside. In addition to the seating in front of the room in the courtyard, there is also the garden with many small corners to relax in and the small pool. We wanted to enjoy dinner on the upper terrace in the garden, and that was no problem. We also enjoyed the breakfast. You are right in the middle of the Medina and can leave the car in the parking area right by the palace. Thank you for two lovely days.
