The house is nice, cozy, practical, warm

The house is nice, cozy, practical, warm (in January), and has beautiful views plus a very pleasant garden. The kitchen is packed with pretty much everything. It is very close to a road, but traffic is minimal, at least in winter, and one can barely hear some engine noise every once in a while. Its location is quite convenient for visiting three large areas of potential tourist interest: the Valdichiana, to the east (Arezzo, Cortona and more), the Val d'Orcia, to the west and south (Pienza, Montalcino, Mt. Amiata), and the Chianti area, to the north. On top of all these destinations stands beautiful Siena, whcih is very close but not too easy to reach due to city traffic and to the tight network of freeways surrounding it (a true nightmare). Don't forget to enjoy Conte Matto, a much celebrated trattoria 10 minutes walking from the house in Trequanda, and Barretto, an equally pleasant little osteria in Montisi.

A beautiful garden and a lovely pool, accommodation true to the description but...<br/>we choose to go through Airbnb because payment is easy and you can enjoy your holiday without worries... We had to fill out a contract (first time in our many bookings through this platform) which specified what we would have to pay in case of breakage of glasses, stains on carpets, or failure to empty bins... A fee of ten euros per day was requested for utilities (water, electricity), it would be good to specify that in advance... The tourist tax is not included and is added to the rest<br/>It's really a shame because the place is beautiful (especially since we were the only guests during this period), you can't enjoy it peacefully...
