House in a quiet residential area, 20 minutes walk from the beach, 10 minutes by car from a shopping area. The house is equipped with the essentials. The electric stove is a bit outdated and could use replacement but it works. The TV is from the 90s but the reception is good. The garden is large enough for dogs and there is a terrace in front of the living area accessible through 2 French doors. The surroundings of the house are planted with shrubs, providing shade and shielding from neighbors. Mr. RODIER is very kind, the arrival and departure procedures are without a ton of recommendations and restrictions. I want to thank Mr. RODIER and the other owners who still accept our pets. They are becoming rare.
