The owner was kind, the house overall very nice with a few cosmetic issues. The heated pool is great. We would never book a house through the agency Homerez again. The communication was a disaster. They only got in touch when they wanted money (unjustifiably) or to clarify a booking mistake. They did not respond to my questions. For example: in response to the request for an email address from the landlord for coordinating the arrival time, the answer was: email: ……@… Conclusion: we would book the house again, but never again through Homerez as a partner of Fewo direkt.
