The owner was kind; the house was overall very nice with a few minor flaws. The heated pool is great. We will never book a house through the agency Homerez again. Communication was a disaster. They only got in touch when they wanted money (unjustified) or to sort out a booking error. They did not respond to my questions. For example, when I asked for the landlord's email to arrange an arrival time, the reply was: mail: ……@… Conclusion: we would book the house again, but never via Homerez as a partner of Fewo‑direkt.
