Very beautiful area, pleasant accommodation (even better in nice weather).

Positive: Accommodation as described: quiet, all amenities, shops nearby. Superb area for hiking. Negative: Old mattresses. House was cold: the weather wasn't very favorable (rain, thunderstorm, 12 to 14°C in the morning outside), so we would have liked the central heating to be turned on. The auxiliary heaters (electric and oil radiator) provided a bit of warmth in the bedroom and bathroom, but it was very marginal.

Accommodation matches the description: quiet, beautiful view, proximity to shops, all amenities, somewhat old beds. The rather poor weather during our stay (rain and 12 to 14° in the morning outside) made us regret that the central heating had not been turned on. The supplementary radiators provided, however, allowed some warmth in the bedrooms and bathroom. Very beautiful region, many hiking options. Very pleasant welcome.

This house is ideally located in the countryside (cows, horses, donkeys in the surrounding fields), at a modest altitude (around 1000 m). The small road is lightly used by vehicles, more by a few hikers. The first shops are 1 km away, the beach 10 minutes by car. The Donozau waterfall, 15 minutes away, is a magnificent walk between forest and lake. Walks along the lake's "wild" shores are really very pleasant. About an hour away you can spend the day at Lac du Bouchet or at Issarles, and discover the thatched-roof villages of Moudeyres and Bigorre-Les Maziaux, Mont Mézenc... Pradelles, 5 minutes away, enchants lovers of beautiful stone buildings (its bakery is also recommended...). In short: a little paradise in peace and quiet, from which many leisure activities are possible. Moreover, this house with its 3 bedrooms and full equipment is perfect for a family (enclosed garden, garden furniture and welcome shade).
