Très beau logement. Accueil de l'hôte très complet et très aimable. Notre séjour a été très agréable. Un grand merci à M. De Lazzari. Rien à redire si sa n'est que la reception de la connexion wifi est mauvaise, certainement dû au fait qu'il s'agit de la box internet des propriétaires et donc situé un peu trop loin du logement.

Very nice accommodation. The host's welcome was very thorough and very friendly. Our stay was very pleasant. A big thank you to Mr. De Lazzari. Nothing to complain about except that the Wi-Fi signal was poor, likely because it is the owners' internet box and therefore located a bit too far from the accommodation.

Absolutely fantastic apartment - very convenient for collioure centre.  Very well equipped and comfortable.  Lovely garden with fruit trees.  Owner was lovely and showed us the best places to visit.  We will definitely return.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour chez Annie même si nous ne l'avons jamais rencontrée. Le logement est très bien situé dans un quartier très calme au bord du sentier de randonnée menant vers le moulin et vers le château. La vue est chouette depuis la terrasse. Le parking est à l'ombre sous les arbres dans la propriété, le jardin accessible est absolument magnifique. Le logement est très propre, l'équipement complet, et même plus que ce qui est mentionné sur la présentation Airbnb. Un point d'amélioration cependant concernant la ventilation de l'appartement, car beaucoup d'humidité ambiante, du coup une odeur et sensation d'humidité persistante assez désagréable. Il est vrai que cette semaine était relativement humide. La communication avec l'hôte fut assez impersonnelle et laconique, dommage, c'est un peu étonnant de la part d'un "SuperHote Airbnb".

We had a good stay at Annie's even though we never met her. The accommodation is very well located in a very quiet area next to the hiking trail leading to the mill and the castle. The view from the terrace is nice. The parking is shaded under the trees on the property, and the accessible garden is absolutely beautiful. The accommodation is very clean, the equipment is complete, and there's even more than what's mentioned in the Airbnb description. One point for improvement concerns the ventilation of the apartment, as there was a lot of ambient humidity, which led to a persistent smell and feeling of dampness that was quite unpleasant. It's true that this week was relatively humid. Communication with the host was rather impersonal and terse, which is a shame; it’s a bit surprising coming from a "Superhost Airbnb."

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! De belles ballades directement accessibles à la sortie du jardin, une superbe vue mer et un marché très agréable à parcourir. Une région riche de beaux villages et d'artisanat local à visiter absolument. Nos hôtes nous ont très gentiment conseillé sur les points d'intérêts et ont été très accueillants. Seulement 2 petits bémols : - le réseau téléphonique semble limité à Orange. Ce n'était pas trop un problème pour nous qui souhaitions une déconnexion mais ça me semble important à souligner ^^ - l'appartement pourrait supporter quelques rénovations, notamment au niveau de la ventilation et des équipements (on a abandonné l'idée d'utiliser le four et les portes de placard ont fait leur temps) Des petits désagréments très supportables pour une semaine quand les températures sont clémentes ;) Et la gentillesse des hôtes compense beaucoup !

We had an excellent stay! Beautiful walks directly accessible from the garden, a superb sea view, and a very pleasant market to stroll around. A region rich in beautiful villages and local crafts that must be visited. Our hosts kindly advised us on points of interest and were very welcoming. Only two small downsides: - the mobile network seems limited to Orange. This wasn't too much of a problem for us wanting to disconnect, but I think it's important to mention it ^^ - the apartment could use some renovations, especially regarding ventilation and equipment (we gave up on using the oven and the closet doors have seen better days) These little inconveniences are quite manageable for a week when the temperatures are mild ;) And the kindness of the hosts compensates for a lot!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement. L’emplacement est idéal: vue mer et à quelques minutes du centre. Le propriétaire est très sympathique et intéressant concernant l’histoire de Collioure. Le seul petit bémol a été l’humidité qu’il y avait dans la maison (due certainement à la mauvaise météo de ce mois de novembre). Mais cela n’a pas gâché notre séjour. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

We had an excellent stay in this accommodation. The location is ideal: sea view and just a few minutes from the centre. The owner is very friendly and interesting regarding the history of Collioure. The only small downside was the humidity in the house (certainly due to the bad weather this month of November). But that did not spoil our stay. We will gladly return.

We enjoyed the peace and the location of the house. Walking to Collioure is not a problem! We never met Annie, it was her husband who welcomed us, and the same for our departure!

Le logement d’Annie est facile d’accès , bien placé et relativement grand. Il est fidèle aux photos. Il y a de quoi faire des courses à proximité ce qui est bien pratique. Le terrain est très joli et permet de balader à pied jusqu’à Collioure. Annie a mis à disposition pour nous du matériel pour bébé qui nous a bien facilité la vie (lit, matelas à langer).

Annie's place is easy to access, well-placed, and fairly spacious. It is true to the photos. There are shopping facilities nearby, which is quite convenient. The grounds are very lovely and allow for a nice walk to Collioure. Annie provided us with baby gear that made our life easier (crib, changing mat).

Un bonheur de voir la mer par toutes les fenêtres avec une terrasse vue mer. On peut tout faire à pied, plage et ville, juste une petite côte à monter au retour. Seul bémol : la douche sans pression et eau chaude qui tarde à arriver. Je recommande ce logement.

A pleasure to see the sea from all the windows with a sea view terrace. You can do everything on foot, beach and town, just a small hill to climb on the way back. Only downside: the shower has no pressure and hot water takes a while to arrive. I recommend this accommodation.

Superbe jardin ! Belle localisation, qui nous a permis un apéro sympa au coucher de soleil près du moulin, face à la mer. Un hôte qui partage des histoires et suggestions sur la région. Il fait frais dans la maison, un peu juste en mars..

Beautiful garden! Great location, which allowed us to enjoy a nice aperitif at sunset near the mill, facing the sea. A host who shares stories and suggestions about the area. It was cool in the house, a bit chilly in March..

Très bel endroit, haut perché, avec vue sur la mer très appréciable ! On descend par le chemin du moulin jusqu’au port d’Avall, c’est une jolie promenade de 15 minutes. Appartement très bien équipé mais le wifi ne fonctionne pas et la 3G passe difficilement...Manœuvre difficile pour garer la voiture dans la propriété, surtout pour ressortir, mais heureusement il y avait des places libres dans la rue à cette période.

Very beautiful place, high up, with a lovely view of the sea! We walked down the mill road to the port of Avall, which is a nice 15-minute walk. The apartment is very well equipped, but the wifi does not work and 3G reception is difficult... Maneuvering to park the car in the property is challenging, especially when trying to get out, but fortunately there were free spaces on the street at that time.

Appartement super bien situé dans Collioure avec une très belle vue sur la mer, proche de toutes les commodités y compris accès rapide à la mer ainsi qu'à des sentiers de randonnées. Nombreux points touristiques de qualité et excellents conseils prodigués par Bernard ! Nous étions étions un couple avec deux enfants : le logement, de notre point de vue , est plus adapté à un couple accompagné d'un seul enfant !

Super well-located apartment in Collioure with a very beautiful view of the sea, close to all amenities including quick access to the sea and hiking trails. Many quality tourist spots and excellent advice given by Bernard! We were a couple with two children: the accommodation is, from our perspective, more suited for a couple with just one child!

Bonjour Nous avons passé un super séjour avec un couple d'amis dans le logement proposé par notre hôte, qui nous a facilité l'accès étant donné que nous ne pouvions arriver à l'heure prévue. Il a en plus eu la super idée de nous fournir une bonne adresse ou manger et là c'était très bien et abordable. Dommage que nous n'ayons pu rencontrer notre hôte dès notre arrivée car il s'avère être un super guide touristique et comme nous à l'air d'aimer la randonnée !!! Mais nous reviendrons assurément et espérons que nous pourrons abuser de ses connaissances anecdotiques sur la ville de Collioure… En souvenir de Saint Sulpice… Merci pour tout

Hello We had a great stay with a couple of friends in the accommodation offered by our host, who made it easy for us to access since we couldn’t arrive at the scheduled time. He also had the brilliant idea of giving us a good dining recommendation, and it was very nice and affordable. It’s a pity we couldn’t meet our host upon our arrival as he turned out to be a fantastic tour guide, and since we also seem to love hiking!!! But we will definitely return and hope we can tap into his anecdotal knowledge about the town of Collioure… In memory of Saint Sulpice… Thank you for everything

Un très bel accueil de la part d'Annie et de son mari qui ont eu la gentillesse de nous conseiller dans nos visites et nous indiquer les lieux incontournables. L'appartement est mitoyen à la maison mais il jouit d'une complète indépendance (bip du portail, aucun vis à vis). Il est très bien placé: possibilité d'aller à pied au centre de Collioure en 10 minutes. Il est idéal pour 3 à 4 personnes.

A very warm welcome from Annie and her husband, who kindly advised us on our visits and pointed out the must-see places. The apartment is adjacent to the house but enjoys complete independence (gate buzzer, no overlook). It is very well located: within walking distance to the center of Collioure in 10 minutes. It is ideal for 3 to 4 people.

We were warmly welcomed by Annie. The accommodation is true to the photos, practical and very pleasant. We had a great weekend with our little girl: Collioure and its region are beautiful places where there is always something to discover.

Bernard was very helpful with local recommendations. Parking was a challenge. Lovely to be able to walk into Collioure with its restaurants and beach. A bit of a climb back. A couple of terraces to sit and enjoy the view of the sea. A great week spent relaxing and enjoying all that the local area has to offer.

El apartamento corresponde a lo que se describe. El recibimiento fue muy agradable, con las explicaciones de Bernard. El equipamiento de la cocina y accesorios de limpieza están muy bien. La ubicación muy agradable, sitio tranquilo, a distancia a pie del pueblo y con paseos por los alrededores. En nuestra opinión es un apartamento más bien de verano, ya que con mal tiempo resulta un poco húmedo y con poca luz. Tuvimos problemas con la conexión de wifi.

The apartment corresponds to what is described. The reception was very pleasant, with Bernard's explanations. The kitchen equipment and cleaning supplies are very good. The location is very nice, a quiet spot within walking distance to the village and with walks in the surroundings. In our opinion, it is more of a summer apartment, as it becomes a bit humid and has little light in bad weather. We had problems with the wifi connection.

Vi følte os godt taget imod, alt arrangeret forud for vores sene ankomst. Smukt smukt beliggende lejlighed højt over Middelhavet. Lejligheden var pæn og ren, masser af udstyr. 2 små soveværelser med dobbeltsenge, som vi kunne ønske os længere og bredere, samt fri for plasticunderlag. Men ellers var alt som beskrevet.

We felt very welcome, everything arranged in advance for our late arrival. Beautifully located apartment high above the Mediterranean. The apartment was nice and clean, with plenty of amenities. 2 small bedrooms with double beds, which we wished were longer and wider, and free of plastic underlays. But otherwise, everything was as described.

Stay from 21/11 to 27/11/25 Very pleasant rental in terms of the accommodation and the location, sea view and close to the city center. We couldn't meet the owners as they were on holiday, only over the phone before our arrival, but we received all the necessary information for our stay. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Bernard et Annie. Le logement est très agréable avec un très joli jardin, de nombreuses terrasses où nous avons pu dîner avec une jolie vue mer et nous avons aussi pu observer de superbes lever de soleil. We had an excellent stay at Bernard and Annie's. The accommodation is very pleasant with a beautiful garden, numerous terraces where we could have dinner with a lovely sea view, and we also got to observe some stunning sunrises. It is also extremely well located: 15 minutes on foot from the center of Collioure, 20 minutes from Fort Saint Elme, and 3 minutes from the mill. Bernard is a very friendly person who recommended us many things to do in the area. Thank you for everything, if we come back to the area, it will definitely be at Bernard's that we will go. Logement dans un environnement exceptionnel. Le jardin et ses différentes terrasses, la vue sur la mer, la végétation, les oiseaux, la proximité du sentier menant du centre de Collioure au Fort Saint Elme...Magnifique !!! Nous sommes ravies de notre séjour ! Accueil sympathique de Bernard, qui connait bien la région et qui est de bon conseil ! Comme le logement se situe sur les hauteurs, choisissez-le si vous êtes en forme pour grimper un peu. Un petit bémol : les 2 chambres sont de taille très inégale.

Accommodation in an exceptional environment. The garden and its various terraces, the view of the sea, the vegetation, the birds, the proximity to the path leading from the centre of Collioure to Fort Saint Elme... Magnificent!!! We are delighted with our stay! Friendly welcome from Bernard, who knows the area well and is good at giving advice! As the accommodation is situated on the heights, choose it if you are fit to climb a bit. A small downside: the 2 bedrooms are very unequal in size.

Proximité de la ville très intéressante au quotidien; logement calme en cette saison du moins;  nous n'avons pas pu profiter de l'extérieur du logement, la météo ne s'y prêtait pas. Collioure reste  très agréable en cette saison, ainsi que sa région.

The proximity to the city is very interesting on a daily basis; the accommodation is quiet this season at least; we couldn’t enjoy the outdoors of the accommodation, the weather didn’t allow it. Collioure remains very pleasant this season, as does its region.

Les autres petites villes alentours sont également très intéressantes. La location bénéficie d’une qualité de silence remarquable, tant par son environnement que par le silence dans la maison.

Vue exceptionnelle sur la grande bleue de l’intérieur et de l’extérieur à partir des différentes terrasses où l’on peut prendre ses repas !! Havre de paix , on peut laisser la voiture et en 1/4 d’heure à pied on est au port de Collioure ! De nombreuses balades au départ de la location ! Bref , une belle adresse !

Exceptional view of the big blue from inside and outside from the different terraces where you can have your meals!! A haven of peace, you can leave the car and in 15 minutes on foot you are at the port of Collioure! Many hikes starting from the rental! In short, a lovely address!

En terme de prestation il y a une vraie première chambre et dans la seconde chambre on y trouve une machine à laver, très peu de rangements et aucune ouverture possible de fenêtre. Au niveau de la salle d’eau aucune pression d’eau très contraignant au quotidien. Quant à l’environnement extérieur et le cadre verdoyant cela relève d’une belle prestation. Un bien fait pour profiter vraiment de l’extérieur au vu du cadre, du paysage et des magnifiques vues sur la mer.

In terms of amenities, there is a proper first bedroom and in the second bedroom, there is a washing machine, very little storage, and no possibility to open a window. As for the bathroom, there is no water pressure, which is very inconvenient on a daily basis. Regarding the outdoor environment and the green surroundings, it represents a beautiful offering. A good opportunity to truly enjoy the outdoors given the setting, the landscape, and the magnificent views of the sea.
