Great potential to become a luxury studio, but decor needs changing and the cleaning lady should be fired

Positive: Mattress and sofa are super soft, very nice space in a very quiet neighborhood perfect for sleeping in. Negative: Lacks finishing touches in the structure itself (holes and visible but unused outlets...), beautiful kitchen but no finishing, lacks finesse and a "feminine touch" in decoration, visible dust.
