Good, but...

3.5/5

| Isabelle | 15 Sept 2026

Positive: Vincent was very responsive to my questions. Location near the metro with restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Negative: Difficult to communicate with Homerez, who manages the apartment; stools for eating; odors in the hallway; and noisy upstairs neighbors.

Compact and well equipped apartment near Nord Station and everything

4.5/5

| Ruta | 13 Sept 2026

Positive : It is a small but well-equipped apartment, perfect for a single traveler (also, good for a couple, I guess). Has all the kitchen items, some spices, cooking oil, coffee, and tea. Very clean and stylish. There is a washing machine, hair dryers, a coffee machine, a ventilator, etc. The mattress is great (not too soft); the shower is strong. No artificial fragrances, fake plants, or similar nonsense. Communication was swift and easy. Location is convenient and accessible (walk to central attractions or Nord Station in minutes). Negative : All was good. Just keep in mind that it is a small place, and some may be disappointed if they expect bigger spaces.
