Hello everyone, the apartment in the Eucaliptus urbanization at the Ebro delta is very nice. However, the Eucaliptus urbanization has very few bars and restaurants, very few people! Only its vast lonely beaches are great for long walks! The apartment has a magnificent swimming pool, and it is well equipped; there is no air conditioning but there was a fan that was nice to use. The Riumar urbanization north of the mouth of the Ebro river is much better equipped with more services, restaurants, bars, and chiringuitos etc. than Eucaliptus. Best regards from Emilio.

My stay in the apartment was perfect. The location is very good, I was looking for a quiet place to disconnect and I found it. The apartment was very clean and everything is as described. The reception and farewell with the property were impeccable. With good advice on what to do and see in the delta that leaves you wanting to repeat and come back again!

Consigliato? Certamente!

I stayed here with my family in the early days of July. Everything was perfect; I only have one remark: a single split air-conditioning unit is not enough to cool the bedroom as well. Other than that, everything was fine, and the host was very punctual and precise in managing things. Would I recommend it? Definitely!

Julio is a friendly host. The house needs some repairs but has everything necessary for a few days' stay. The best thing about the house is that it's very close to the beach, within walking distance, and in a very quiet area. The beach is perfect and very large, not very crowded even in mid-July.
The only problem is the mosquitoes — be careful at night! Even though there are mosquito nets, they manage to get into the apartment and can turn restful days into a nuisance.

The house has everything needed to spend a holiday. The cleaning is exquisite, it has all kinds of dishes and utensils necessary for the kitchen. A couple of sofas that can be turned into beds if more people come. The terrace is very comfortable, with a table, chairs, and an awning to protect you from the sun. It offers beautiful views at sunset. The whole house has mosquito nets on the windows, which is very useful since mosquitoes really enjoy seeing tourists! The pool is amazing, with a large garden, very clean and well-kept, and the water is at an excellent temperature! It is 5 minutes walking from the beach, and what a beach... huge! The village is small, has a campsite, and a hotel where you can have breakfast or lunch in peace. There is plenty of parking space outside, at least on the dates I went. We went with two small dogs, and Julio did not raise any objections about that; they had a great time. In the house, there are brochures with tourist information provided by the owner, as well as books and magazines for consultation. I totally recommend it, an ideal holiday apartment. Thanks to the host for everything.

The house has everything needed for a great holiday

Bueno

Positive: The tranquility of the area
Negative: The bed

Good

Positive: The apartment is very comfortable, with the basic amenities for a very pleasant vacation stay. It is a residential area with few tourist services, therefore, very quiet. Ideal for relaxation.
Negative: Nothing noteworthy, as it matches the description and characteristics of the apartment.

For relaxation

We had a fantastic time in this apartment. The location was perfect, and the host was incredibly friendly and helpful.

Fantastic experience!

We stayed in a lovely room in the city center. Everything was within walking distance, and the host was very friendly and helpful.

 Negative : Nada

Perfecto!

Positive : Perfect location, close to the beach and quiet.
The apartment is very well equipped.
The host (Julio) was very friendly and gave us good recommendations.
Would repeat!
Negative : Nothing

Perfect!

Alojamiento perfecto acorde calidad - precio

Positive: Quiet and with plenty of free parking on the same street. 3 minutes walk to the beach.
The complex has a communal pool, grassy area, and playground; there is also another children’s area in the park of the next street. The apartment also offers toys for kids (scooter, kite...), books, binoculars for birdwatching...
It has air conditioning.
Negative: All windows have mosquito nets, except the bathroom window. Be careful as mosquitoes can sneak in in no time.
The urbanization only provides the services offered by the campground (restaurant and small supermarket) and a neighbor who sells his garden produce on the street by the beach. One needs to take advantage of trips to nearby towns to stock up on certain things.
