Nice chalet, quiet place at the end of a street

Nice chalet, quiet place at the end of a street leading to the forest. Lack of supplies available for tenants (toilet paper, basic necessities). Departure scheduled at 10am, inventory scheduled at 9:30am, which is nonetheless very early. We could not enjoy the last morning. We were asked for a cleaning fee of 60 euros, which we refused because it was never stated on AirBnb that we had to pay this fee directly to the owner. Big negative point: I had to contact AirBnb support as it was impossible to reach the owner and the concierge to arrange for arrival.
