Great location, lovely house, cleanliness could be better!

The house is lovely and exactly matches the description. It is centrally located and provided enough space for us (2 adults, 2 teenagers). The parking situation is a bit challenging (summer holidays and construction at the church next to the property), but with a bit of skill or a short walk it's always solvable. The house is very nice and well equipped. Basically everything you need is there. The supermarket in town is within walking distance, you just have to carry the shopping up the hill... :-) The location is good; the beach is about a 10–15 minute walk away (downhill). Trouville itself is usually lively, which is lovely if you like some hustle and bustle. In and around the house it is quiet and restful. Check-in and communication were completely fine and very pleasant. What we unfortunately did not like at all was the cleanliness when we took over the house. We are by no means fussy, but when on arrival we first have to clean the kitchen because there are food residues, grease and used coffee pads as well as inadequately cleaned dishes and pots, I don't find that acceptable at this price level. I expect a different standard; we have actually never experienced this before. Ultimately this is also the only aspect that unfortunately makes this review worse than the house deserves.

Es war alles genügend vorrätig in der Unterkunft ,was wir von vorherigen Wohnungen so nicht gewohnt waren.Wir fanden das Haus sehr sauber und ordentlich vor.Handtücher vorhanden,Betten bezogen. Die Lage war gut.Alles gut fußläufig erreichbar.Man muss nur den Berg hoch wenn man aus der Stadt zurückgeht. Parken vorm Haus in der Woche problemlos möglich.Wohnung sehr gut ausgestattet.Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt.
