Very good

Location, location, location, ABSOLUTELY TOP!!! The apartment has everything, a bit dated and gives a messy impression. With a makeover it could be amazing. The parking space was nice, though a tight turn to get in. Saturday evening the beach was very busy with a lot of music until midnight. Sunday was super quiet. The apartment is right on the sea, almost with your feet in the water — it can’t get more luxurious. I want to live here!
