A perfect place for a perfect holiday!

Positive: This holiday villa is in an ideal setting. We appreciated being very close to the sea while having easy access to the town and the market... This villa is spacious, with storage and all the essentials, even more, and very well equipped. The three bedrooms are comfortable and guarantee a restful sleep. The accommodation is clean, modern and very well organised, with a lovely terrace and a closed garage. It was great; we were happy to return there in the evenings after our outings and to wake up in the morning without waking the whole household! The owner is very friendly, as is the lady from the concierge. We will come back, for sure! Negative: I liked everything! Nothing negative.

Positive : Simple but very well-located apartment. The town centre, beaches and train station are all within a 10-minute walk. It is worth noting, however, that there are quite a few steps and hills, so it may not be suitable for anyone with mobility difficulties. The balcony is lovely, with views over the road and towards the sea. The kitchen is well equipped, although it lacked a few basic essentials such as salt, pepper, oil and vinegar. Negative : The main drawbacks were the beds, which are quite small and not particularly comfortable for anyone over 6ft, and the parking. The garage is extremely small and there is no parking permitted directly outside the property, which can make things difficult. I was also disappointed that bed linen was not included and felt that the additional charge to hire it was rather high. This seemed unusual for a holiday rental nowadays.

A simple apartment but very well located. The town centre, the beaches and the station are all within a 10-minute walk. However, note that there are quite a few steps and uphill sections, which may be difficult for people with limited mobility. The balcony is pleasant, with views of the street and the sea. The kitchen is well equipped with utensils, but unfortunately some basic items like salt, pepper, oil and vinegar were missing. The main negatives concern the beds, which are rather small and not suitable for tall people, and the parking. The garage is very small and it is not possible to park in front of the property. I was also disappointed that bed linen was not provided and by the fairly high charge to rent it. That seemed a little unusual for a holiday rental today. Overall, a simple apartment in a great location that perfectly met our needs.
