The apartment is great, big fireplace, warm in winter and a good kitchen. the beds are comfy.
in some rooms you can hear the neighbors  talking, we didn`t mind.
NO Wifi and also telephone is difficult.
The TV works fine.
If you like nature and birds you're absolutely right.

We loved our stay in Camargue at Mas de Fielouse. The location is about 20 minutes to Arles where you can enjoy a delicious meal and a stroll through the beautiful mediaeval city centre. 

We also loved being so close to nature and all of the incredible wildlife around the Mas.

The pool was warm and relaxing, a real treat being so deep in nature.

Would definitely recommend!

Great getaway

We loved our stay in Camargue at Mas de Fielouse. The location is about 20 minutes to Arles where you can enjoy a delicious meal and a stroll through the beautiful mediaeval city centre.

We also loved being so close to nature and all of the incredible wildlife around the Mas.

The pool was warm and relaxing, a real treat being so deep in nature.

Nous avons passé un séjour à Fiélouse à la fin de l'été. Nous étions 2 couples (sans les enfants!) et avions réservé les 2 gites. C'est exactement ce dont nous avions besoin : un lieu magique en plein milieu du parc de Camargue, au calme, entouré de nature, dans un mas provençal charmant. Une ancienne grange a été transformée en piscine intérieure : le pied pour se relaxer après une journée de balade ! Nous reviendrons avec les enfants :)

Un petit coin de paradis

We spent a stay in Fiélouse at the end of summer. We were 2 couples (without the kids!) and had booked both cottages. It was exactly what we needed: a magical place in the middle of the Camargue park, peaceful, surrounded by nature, in a charming Provençal farmhouse. An old barn has been transformed into an indoor pool: perfect for relaxing after a day of hiking! We will come back with the kids :)

De retour en Camargue, nous ne pouvons que vous confirmer que c'est le lieu rêvé pour se ressourcer. Tout y est calme, tranquille et jolie. Gîte très agréable, bien équipé et grand. Les propriétaires sont sympathiques et accueillants.
Le cadre du gîte est exceptionnel.

J'ai passe un weekend a Fielouse avant les fetes de fin d'annee. Le personnel etait tres sympathique et accueillant, les gites ont beaucoup de charme, et mes promenades aux environs tres agreables tant les paysages et la nature sont beaux et reposants. J'ai hate d'y revenir !

I spent a weekend in Fielouse before the year-end holidays. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, the cottages have a lot of charm, and my walks in the area were very pleasant as the landscapes and nature are beautiful and relaxing. I can't wait to return!

Merci aux propriétaires pour leur prévenance lors de l accident de mon épouse ainsi que leurs réactivités suite à nos demandes. Excellent stay in this beautiful cottage and in this very beautiful region. Thank you to the owners for their thoughtfulness during my wife's accident as well as their responsiveness to our requests. We loved the pool, the decoration of the cottage which takes you back in time, and the many trails that start from the Mas.

Superb stay

Positive : Die Lage des Hauses mitten in der Camargue ist ein Traum: irgendwo im nirgendwo, absolute Stille, absolute Dunkelheit in der Nacht, Ruhe pur. Für Ausflüge nach Arles, Montpellier, Marseille etc. ist die Lage optimal. Das alte Gemäuer, mit wenig Licht in den Räumen, und die Einrichtung mit alten Möbeln etc. ist sicherlich gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber das weiß man ja vorher.
Die Schlafzimmer sind gemütlich eingerichtet und man kommt gut zu liegen.
Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und es wurde jeder Wunsch erfüllt.
Die Küche ist hinsichtlich Einrichtung ein Traum: es war alles an Geräten, Töpfen und Zubehör zahlreich vorhanden: man hätte sogar Apfelmus mit der Flotten Lotte machen können, da selbst die vorhanden ist.
Das Schwimmbad ist groß und sauber, liegt aber leider etwas entfernt.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
 Negative : Die Temperaturen werden auch künftig im Sommer steigen und so ist eine Klimaanlage in den Schlafräumen sinnig, die bisher nicht vorhanden ist. Wir hatten um die 40 Grad am Tag und bei der Luftfeuchtigkeit in der Camargue war das Schlafen doch schwierig, da es auch nachts einfach zu warm war. Durch die Feuchte rieselt etwas der Putz des alten Gemäuers, dem Instandhaltungsstau sollte hier entgegengewirkt werden. Weiter fehlen in den Küchenschränken Entfeuchtungskissen, was sich bei der hohen Luftfeuchtigkeit in der Camargue nicht gerade positiv auf Körbe oder dergleichen in den Schränken auswirkt.
Die Terrasse ist sehr lieblos gestaltet. Ich erwarte schon einen Tisch, auf dem keine Fliesen im Mosaikbelag fehlen und gestrichene Bänke. Die ganzen halb vertrockneten Blumen in den Kübeln wurden von uns in der Zeit des Aufenthalts versorgt. Unschön sind die Autos auf dem Nachbarfeld, die der Eigentümer scheinbar sammelt, da man bei Hitze leichten Benzingeruch verzeichnen kann.
Wie erwähnt, liegt das Schwimmbad etwas abseits. Die Aufteilung und die Außenanlagen sind dort sehr traurig. Wenn es im Sommer heiß ist, dann nutzt man eigentlich ein Schwimmbad als Ort des Aufenthalts, um zu schwimmen, sich abzukühlen und zwischendrin zu chillen und nicht als reines Leistungsschwimmbad. Man kommt hier leider nicht direkt vom Schwimmbad nach draußen, nur über einen langen Eingangsbereich und hat somit keine Chance, sich nach dem Schwimmen z.B. in die Sonne zu legen. Es gibt auch keinen Außenbereich, der zum Aufenthalt einlädt oder wo Liegen zu finden wären. Das finde ich persönlich sehr schade, da das Schwimmbad an sich wirklich toll ist und das wäre mit einfachen Mitteln gut zu ändern.
Das WiFi ist eine einzige Katastrophe!

Absolute Ruhe in der Camargue

Positive: The location of the house in the middle of the Camargue is a dream: somewhere in nowhere, absolute silence, absolute darkness at night, pure tranquility. The location is optimal for excursions to Arles, Montpellier, Marseille, etc. The old structure, with little light in the rooms, and the furniture with old antiques, is certainly something to get used to, but you know that in advance.
The bedrooms are cozily furnished and very comfortable to sleep in.
The welcome was very warm and every wish was fulfilled.
The kitchen is a dream in terms of furnishings: everything from appliances, pots, and accessories was plentifully available: you could even make applesauce with the quick Lot, as that was also present.
The swimming pool is large and clean, but unfortunately a bit far away.
We felt very comfortable.
Negative: Temperatures will continue to rise in summer, and so an air conditioner in the bedrooms is sensible, which is currently not present. We had around 40 degrees during the day and with the humidity in the Camargue, sleeping was difficult as it was simply too warm at night. Due to the moisture, some of the plaster from the old structure is falling off, and this maintenance backlog should be addressed. Furthermore, the kitchen cabinets lack dehumidifying pads, which does not positively affect baskets or the like in the cabinets with high humidity in the Camargue.
The terrace is very carelessly designed. I would expect a table where no tiles are missing from the mosaic floor and painted benches. The half-dry flowers in the pots were tended by us during our stay. It is unfortunate that there are cars on the neighbor's field that the owner seems to collect, as you can smell a slight petrol odor in the heat.
As mentioned, the swimming pool is somewhat isolated. The layout and outdoor facilities there are very sad. When it is hot in the summer, you generally use a swimming pool as a place to stay, to swim, cool off, and chill out in between, and not as a pure performance swimming pool. Unfortunately, you cannot go directly from the swimming pool outside; you can only do so through a long entrance area, and thus you have no chance to lie in the sun after swimming. There is also no outdoor area that invites you to stay or where sun loungers are available. I personally find this very disappointing because the swimming pool itself is really great, and it could easily be improved with simple means.
The WiFi is a complete disaster!

Absolute peace in the Camargue

Séjour agréable dans un gîte authentique et spacieux, avec du mobilier ancien et tout le confort de la vie moderne. Piscine dans une ancienne bergerie, magnifique ! Bon accueil, sympathique. Seul bémol, pas de connexion internet permettant de chercher des activités ou itinéraires dans la région. selon nos informations les propriétaires vont l’installer prochainement.

Calme et retour aux sources

Pleasant stay in an authentic and spacious cottage, with antique furniture and all the comforts of modern life. Pool in an old sheepfold, magnificent! Good welcome, friendly hosts. The only downside is the lack of internet connection to search for activities or routes in the area. According to our information, the owners will be installing it soon.

Calm and a Return to Roots

Nettes, altes, großes Landhaus mitten in der Natur. Die Einrichtung war einfach, alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Das Haus war sauber und Sabine hat uns super unterstützt und war jederzeit erreichbar. Vielen Dank 😀. Kleiner Minuspunkt war die Möblierung des Gartens: Eine Terrasse und neuere Gartenliegen und ein neuerer Tisch mit Stühlen wäre schön gewesen. Wir haben dort eine schöne Zeit verbracht. Wir können das Haus sehr empfehlen, wenn man einen Urlaub mitten in der Natur der Camargue mit der Tierwelt verbringen möchte.
