Simply recommended. Super friendly contact with the landlords, perfectly equipped, spacious, and spotlessly clean apartment, ideal starting point for excursions in the area, e.g. Mont Saint Michel, Saint Malo, etc., hiking, cycling, water sports - also great for that. Quiet location in a lovely town. This is what a holiday should be like. I will definitely come back someday!

Ideally located to visit Mont Saint Michel on one side and Saint Malo (and surroundings) on the other.

the accommodation was clean and matched the description. We stayed there for 2 nights. Unfortunately, major road renovation works nearby made the stay noisy. The host is pleasant. There were no specific instructions on the surroundings or nearby activities. Many instructions on cleaning the house.

The issue with the hot water adjustment explains my overall rating for this very well-located house, which has excellent decor and amenities.

We had an excellent stay Nelly and Jean Yves' house is top-notch The bedding is super comfortable and the house is in excellent condition The house is very well located for visiting the sites nearby If we come back to the area, we will book this Airbnb again Fréderique and Yvan

Charming hosts (we were welcomed with very good pancakes), modern, functional, practical and very nice house. Well located geographically, as it is between Mont Saint Michel and St Malo. It could have been perfect, but I must warn those who are sensitive to noise like me. The house is located right next to a church, and I was disturbed by the sound of the bells. Fortunately, they stop at 10 PM. It is worth noting that my partner, who is not sensitive to noise, was not disturbed at all.

Really nice little house perfect for a small family getaway. Well located for visiting the surrounding area. Comfy beds, well equipped kitchen, nicely furnished. I think that the communications around cleaning are a little confusing as it’s not made clear on the main Airbnb page that you either do your own cleaning or pay an extra €60. I think that this is well described after booking and when arrival instructions are sent, but not at the point of making the booking. It might be better to make this clearer upfront.

We all really liked this accommodation! The kitchen was very well equipped and everything was very clean. It's a shame that we couldn't use the fireplace. Good starting point for many nice trips. In the village, there is a bakery and a small supermarket. There isn’t much else going on, but that didn’t bother us.

Tres belle location, paisible en centre bourg . Ideal pour les balades . Je recommande

Very beautiful rental, peaceful in the town center. Ideal for walks. I recommend.

House is very well located, pleasant to live in. We had a good stay. We recommend it.

We had a very good stay in Vivier-sur-Mer. Nelly was very accommodating regarding our arrival and departure times and personally welcomed us (with a tasty surprise on top!). The accommodation is well located with some shops within walking distance and a 10-minute drive to larger supermarkets. It is very well equipped: we lacked nothing during our stay! The house is perfectly suited for families with young children as there is everything necessary on site, including a gate at the top of the stairs. We also particularly enjoyed the little quiet courtyard, which was very pleasant. In short, we recommend this rental for the kindness of the owners and the comfort of the accommodation.

Very clean and well-equipped accommodation. Just 200m on foot to the sea. Very friendly host. A large binder available with possible outings, organized by geographical distance.

Excellent base for visiting the region. The house is lovely and well-furnished. Bakery and grocery store around the corner and the sea is just a few steps away. Nice terrace for breakfast or aperitif. Truly a place to share with friends. A beautiful treasure to discover!

Beautiful house just steps from the ocean, nestled in a small peaceful village. The accommodation is well-equipped and very pleasant to live in. Special mention to the host, warm and attentive, who takes the time to show you around upon arrival. I highly recommend it!

Warm welcome by Nelly, ideal place to explore the area, we had a great time.

Very pleasant stay in Vivier. Beaches for walks along the sea nearby. For swimming, you have to go a bit further. Stay during the Pentecost bridge... for us: Mont Saint Michel on a guided tour, Cancale, Saint Malo, Cap Frehel. Great but of course a lot of people, especially at Mont where we didn't linger. The accommodation is clean, functional, pleasant, small courtyard and barbecue ideal. Bedding okay, linen okay. Quiet with the sound of the bell tower, birds, frogs 😉. Very good welcome and friendliness at the rendezvous. We really recommend it with pleasure. Access is easy, parking too. Bakery nearby within walking distance. Nearby shops. Ideal. We were 2 couples without children but it can also suit children including babies. Safety barrier at the stairs. Closed courtyard. Outbuilding with washing machine.

Excellent stay: The accommodation is very pleasant and spacious enough. Beautiful seaside landscapes just a few steps from the house. We are considering coming back.

The welcome and communication were very friendly. The accommodation was as expected. The location allows for nice walks and is close to beautiful sights. As I had a family event preventing me from going with my friends, the hosts were very understanding and responsive to ensure that the stay could still happen for my friends, from whom I gathered this information for the review. Thank you very much.

Jean-Yves and Nelly's accommodation is located in the center of the village of Vivier, just a stone's throw from shops.
