We practically only used it for sleeping

We practically only used it for sleeping because we had many things to do during the day. It gets cold at night, but given its location, I'd say the only downside is that if you get a ground floor unit, you can hear all the noises from above, and the bathroom needs a bit of TLC, especially the shower.
