Amazing place and location. Was perfect for our group snowboarding in Livigno! What the listing doesn't mention is that it is actually ski in/ski out - if you know the slopes. The check in was a little shaky as their was a storm a few hours before, so the breaker had to be switched and the heat turned on, which took some time. The local support was great. The host was not responsive through the AirBNB app, but email only which delays the response time a little. The only negative part of our trip was that the cleaning crew showed up 15 minutes before our check out time, waited outside of our door on the stairs and then yelled at us about being late the whole 15 minutes while we were loading our gear into the car. We were completely out of the apartment at 10:05 instead of 10:00, but the attitude of the cleaning people really ended our trip on a negative note. Would still definitely recommend, but be out of the apartment well before your check out time!
