The apartment was as described. We really liked it. A beautiful beach is 5 minutes away by car, great waves, and you can swim too.
Great communication with Monica and her brother.
1 star deduction:
The internet was unavailable for 1.5 days. It was a technical issue with the provider, it happens...
For 1 day sewage was leaking from the drain in front of the door. After I reported it, the problem was immediately solved.

The location is beautiful and an easy drive to Nazare or Sao Martinho. A few mins to the lovely Salgado beach. The cottage was as described. There is a beautiful view from the bedroom balcony and there is a small garden area with table which is great for breakfast in the sun. The area is very peaceful. One caution is my trip was in winter and at night the house gets very cold with no heating.
