Positive : Excellent welcome from Mrs Assunta, who is the person in charge of managing the apartment. She provided everything necessary for breakfast and some excellent Sardinian pastries. Furthermore, she was extremely helpful on every occasion; I needed a hairdryer and she ensured that I received one through the owner. The location of the house is exceptional, just a few meters from the sea. It takes only a few seconds to reach the beach. Very convenient with children. Negative : I regret leaving this review, but I believe it is necessary. I found out after making the reservation that the house was managed by a foreign agency. Communication with this agency was excessively complex. The price requested for the stay was absolutely high for what the house offered. You cannot pay over €200 a day for three people for a house without air conditioning, without an oven, without a microwave, without a dishwasher, and I will stop here. For that price, if it were honest, one would expect much more. If the price had been reasonable, the review would have been less severe. But under the conditions offered to me, I cannot recommend the property, and we certainly will not return.
