The accommodation is impeccably clean, very comfortable with a stunning view of the sea. The telephone and physical reception are pleasant and the recommendations given are clear and useful. In my opinion, it is difficult to access as it is located on a slope, a configuration I am not used to, and the parking is small given the number of accommodations available for rent. The accommodation was rented for 6 travelers, and we are told that we are only entitled to one parking space, which makes no sense to me. Also, there is a persistent misunderstanding about the cleaning fee of €50 requested once the non-refundable booking is made through Airbnb, even though it is specified that the cleaning fees are included in the amount. These fees are non-negotiable according to the person who welcomed us, and my family and I would be the first to complain about it. After contacting Airbnb, I received the information that we did not have to pay this amount.

Great welcome from Suzanne. Stunning view of the sea. Well-equipped and comfortable accommodation. (one room without a window) Quiet and peaceful site, close to the beach at Petite Anse. Well located to explore Basse Terre. We recommend.

An exceptional stay at Suzanne's. Unique hospitality and a warm atmosphere at every moment make your stay even more enjoyable. The accommodation is very clean, well-equipped, and ideally located for you to explore the lowlands. We recommend this place, it will become our base in Guadeloupe.
