The location near the beach is excellent. It is walking distance to the beach, restaurants, groceries, and beach shops. The bathrooms were remodeled. Four adults and 3 children were accommodated in the apartment but it would have been more comfortable for a total of 6 people. Maria is a wonderful communicator. She greeted us and gave us some suggestions for restaurants. It is near public transportation. The main issue was the August sun. The front of the old building is in full sun for much of the day and the air conditioning was not adequate to keep the bedrooms cool. The kitchen and living area near the back of the house with the AC unit were cool, but sleeping in 90*F plus weather was hard. We did not have an sea view from the apartment. You had to stand outside the front door to see the beach across the road. A coffee maker using small pods was provided, but not coffee.
