Germany can be explored from coast to coast: Baltic beaches in the north, Thuringian forests in the center, Bavarian Alps in the south. Our apartments and house place you in these varied regions, with the kitchen and space to organize your stay at your own pace.
Hiking, strolling and tasting your way across regions
In the north, walk through the Wadden Sea National Park, take the ferry to the Frisian Islands and stroll along the Baltic beaches of Schleswig-Holstein. In Saxony, Dresden features the Zwinger and the rebuilt Frauenkirche, while the rock formations of Saxon Switzerland are ideal for hiking along the Elbe.
In Bavaria, head to the alpine lakes and trails around Garmisch, visit Munich's beer halls and its Christmas markets in December. Thuringia and Hesse add forests, Hanseatic towns and castles scattered across the country. With a whole home to yourself, you can cook with market produce and head out early on the trails.
Where to stay
Schleswig-Holstein, where we have the most properties, is ideal for seaside stays, between Kiel, Lübeck and the coastal resorts. Saxony draws visitors for Dresden and Leipzig, their museums and cultural life.
Further inland, Thuringia, Lower Saxony and Hesse offer a peaceful base for exploring forests and small towns. In the south, Bavaria provides access to the Alps and Munich, and North Rhine-Westphalia puts the Rhine and its major cities within easy reach. Our apartments there welcome families and groups of friends with full independence.

Frequently asked questions
How many rentals do you offer in Germany, and what types are they?
We offer 5 entire-home rentals across the country, including 4 apartments, 1 house. Most are concentrated in Schleswig-Holstein, in the north, followed by Saxony. Each property has its own kitchen and living space, for a self-sufficient stay accommodating up to 11 people depending on the property chosen.
Are the properties well rated by travelers?
Reviews show an average rating of 4.1 out of 5, based on 3 rated properties. This feedback mainly concerns our properties in the north and in Saxony. Check the detailed comments on each listing before booking, since our offer is spread across several regions with very different characters.
Do you need a car to visit Germany?
Major cities like Munich, Dresden, or Lübeck are easily reached by train via the Deutsche Bahn network. For the Baltic coast, the Bavarian Alps, or Saxon Switzerland, a car is more practical. Check ferry access if you're heading to the Frisian Islands in the north.
What's the best time to go?
Summer, from June to August, is great for Baltic beaches and alpine hikes, with long days. December draws visitors for the Christmas markets, especially in Munich and Dresden. Spring and autumn offer smaller crowds in the cities and milder prices.
Which region should I choose for my stay?
Schleswig-Holstein, where we have the most listings, is ideal for seaside vacations near Kiel and Lübeck. Saxony appeals to museum lovers in Dresden and Leipzig. Bavaria gives access to the Alps and Munich, while Thuringia remains a quiet, forested base.
Can you cook local products in the properties?
Yes, each rental is an entire home equipped with a kitchen. You can shop at regional markets, common in German towns, and prepare your own meals. This is convenient for families and groups heading out early to hike trails in the north or south.
