La casa è situata nel villaggio pittoresco di Erbalunga. La locazione è mozzafiato: il verde del giardino all'inglese incontra il blu del mare cristallino - che magia! Inoltre, si può raggiungere velocemente Bastia con un taxi o la navetta. La spiaggia è a 3 minuti a piedi, ma si può arrivare in acqua anche dalla casa. 
La casa all'interno è ben suddivisa,  la cucina è ben equipaggiata, i letti sono comodi.
Peccato per la sgarbata accoglienza di Linda e alcune accortezze per la pulizia,  altrimenti il nostro soggiorno sarebbe stato perfetto.

The house is located in the picturesque village of Erbalunga. The location is breathtaking: the greenery of the English garden meets the blue of the crystal-clear sea - what magic! Moreover, you can quickly reach Bastia by taxi or shuttle. The beach is a 3-minute walk away, but you can also get into the water directly from the house.
Inside, the house is well divided, the kitchen is well equipped, and the beds are comfortable.
It's a pity about Linda's rude welcome and some cleanliness issues; otherwise, our stay would have been perfect.

Cette endroit est magnifique, l’emplacement à couper le souffle, au cœur d’Erbalunga qui est un des petit ports les plus charmants que nous aillons vu en Corse, les pieds dans l’eau, à un jet de pierre du port et d’un excellent restaurant étoilé, le tout avec une privacy complète et une maison très moderne et confortable.
De plus, l’accueil par Ambre était à la fois professionnel et très chaleureux.
EXCEPTIONNEL - n’y allez pas, vous pleurerez quand vous devrez partir !

Maison tres agreable et parfaitement équipée dans un cadre magique, d un calme absolu au milieu d un petit port charmant avec tout a proximité (commerces et restaurant). Une base de depart ideale pour decouvrir le Cap Corse. 
Quel bonheur de prendre un petit dejeuner sur la terrase ou dans le jardin face a la mer ! Pour les enfants une reserve de livres et BD ainsi que quelques jouets pour occuper les rares moments passes a l interieur.

A noter, l accessibilité en voiture a la maison est compliquée et meme interdite a partir de 11h du matin, d ou l extreme tranquillité du lieu.

Very pleasant and perfectly equipped house in a magical setting, with absolute calm in the middle of a charming small port with everything nearby (shops and restaurants). An ideal starting point for discovering Cap Corse. 
What a joy to have breakfast on the terrace or in the garden facing the sea! For children, there is a collection of books and comics as well as some toys to occupy the rare moments spent indoors. 
Super welcoming by Ambre and her mother, Linda. 
Note that access by car to the house is complicated and even prohibited after 11 am, hence the extreme tranquility of the place.

An amazing flat. The pictures don’t do justice to the location. You have a private terrace right on the sea front. It is bigger than most of the restaurants there! It’s a great space and so lovely. Will definitely be going back!

Location on the waterfront has amazing views. Right next to the old harbour. Plenty of grass for a toddler to run around on. We stayed during a heatwave and property was very comfortable.

The house has a perfect location and is well equipped. The view is astonishing and the garden lovely. The communication and the check in were very good organized and very friendly. Good for families with kids (4,7,9). I really recommend the house and the host.

L'accueil par Linda a été tres chaleureux et amical. Elle aime son village et à su nous le faire aimer. Il faut dire qu'Erbalunga est magnifique.
La maison et son cadre est fidèle aux photos du site, en 100 fois mieux.
À louer les yeux fermés, mais ne pas oublier de les ouvrir en arrivant, ça vaut réellement le détour.

The welcome by Linda was very warm and friendly. She loves her village and managed to make us love it too. It must be said that Erbalunga is magnificent.
The house and its setting are faithful to the photos on the site, 100 times better.
Rent with your eyes closed, but don't forget to open them upon arrival, it's truly worth the detour.

Le logement est convenable, bien équipé mais on n’y passe pas beaucoup de temps car le  must est de profiter de la vue sur la mer et le port. Attention les draps et serviettes sont payants. C’est indiqué dans l’annonce.

Ideal stay, warm welcome, very clean and well-maintained house, excellent exposure and location. Easy to park the car, nearby parking. Shops nearby, welcoming locals. A small downside, this superb rental is difficult for 6 adults as one room has bunk beds. Lacking a microwave.

Nous sommes resté 4 nuits dans cette belle maison au bord de l’eau.
La vue est à coupé le souffle : magnifique lever de soleil sur la mer chaque matin.
La maison est parfaitement adaptée aux enfants avec le matériel bébé (lit parapluie, rehausser...), des livres et des jeux. Nos enfants ont également adoré le lit superposé.
La localisation dans une rue piétonne est très pratique et pleine de charme (Parking de la ville gratuit hors saison)
L’acceuil Est également très chaleureux et facile grâce  à la gentillesse et la disponibilité de Mme Pinto et sa fille.
Le seul bémol serait sur la literie un peu vieillissante et petite : lit double en 140. Pas facile pour nous qui sommes très grands!

Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cette maison pleine de charme.

We stayed 4 nights in this beautiful house by the water.
The view is breathtaking: a magnificent sunrise over the sea every morning.
The house is perfectly suited for children with baby equipment (travel crib, booster seat...), books, and games. Our children also loved the bunk bed.
The location on a pedestrian street is very convenient and full of charm (free city parking outside of the season).
The welcome is also very warm and easy thanks to the kindness and availability of Mrs. Pinto and her daughter.
The only downside would be the slightly worn and small bedding: double bed in 140. Not easy for us, as we are very tall!

Location au top, il ne manque rien, tout est disponible pour passer de bonnes vacances. 
Le jardin qui surplombe la grande bleue est spacieux avec tout ce dont on souhaite pour passer un excellent moment à l'extérieur.
Nous avons même eu la chance de voir de la terrasse quatre dauphins faire leur parade !
Et de plus le village d'Erbalunga est splendide et typique, avec sur la place un excellent restaurant. Nous y retournerons passer quelques jours sans problème.

Superb rental right by the water.
Top-notch rental, nothing is missing, everything is available for a great vacation.
The garden overlooking the big blue is spacious with everything one desires to have an excellent time outdoors.
We were even lucky enough to see four dolphins performing from the terrace!
Additionally, the village of Erbalunga is splendid and typical, with an excellent restaurant on the square. We will return to spend a few days without any problem.

Location is incredible but the place itself is mediocre. There weren’t any extras of the essentials, just the bare minimum. And the linen policy is a bit strange. (Bring your own or pay for the sheets to be provided but you still have to make the beds). And the pictures of the terrasse show it with furniture that wasn’t there.

Das Haus ist fantastisch gelegen und sehr gut ausgestattet. Der  private Zugang zum Meer ist natürlich klasse, ebenso wie die ins Meer gebaute Terrasse, die wunderbaren Liegestühle (tolle Qualität), Liegen (nicht ganz so toll ;-)) sowie die beiden Sonnenschirme, die Tische mit Bestuhlung und natürlich auch der Elektrogrill.  
Was zu bemängeln ist, war der Zustand/Sauberkeit des Badezimmers. Die Fliesen hatten Schimmel in den Fugen und das Holz, in das die Duschwand eingelassen ist, sieht vergammelt aus. Der Toilettensitz müsste getauscht werden, da sehr instabil, rutscht immer wieder zur Seite weg, selbst wenn man ihn festzuschrauben versucht. Nach einer gründlichen Reinigung des Bades einschließlich Fugen konnte man sich aber wohl fühlen und die Atmosphäre des Hauses genießen.
Verbesserungsfähig ist auch das Bett. Es erinnert eher an ein Feld-/Klappbett und hat eine schlechte Matratze. Wir möchten das Haus wirklich nicht schlecht machen, die Lage neben dem wunderschönen, malerischen Hafen von Erbalunga ist ohne Zweifel privilegiert. Deshalb liebe Grüße an den Eigentümer, ganz herzlichen Dank für die tolle Zeit in seinem Haus. Wir bitten um Verständnis für unsere Verbesserungsvorschläge. Ach, bei der Gelegenheit noch die Anmerkung, wie schön es war so viele Teelichter nebst Behälter und Kerzen vorzufinden - sehr romantisch ;-)

The house is fantastically located and very well equipped. The private access to the sea is obviously great, as is the terrace built into the sea, the wonderful sun loungers (great quality), the deck chairs (not so great ;-)), as well as the two parasols, the tables with chairs, and of course the electric grill.
What can be criticized is the condition/cleanliness of the bathroom. The tiles had mold in the joints and the wood into which the shower wall is embedded looks rotten. The toilet seat needs to be replaced as it is very unstable and keeps sliding to the side, even when you try to screw it in place. After a thorough cleaning of the bathroom, including the joints, however, one could feel comfortable and enjoy the atmosphere of the house.
The bed could also be improved. It is more reminiscent of a camp/collapsible bed and has a poor mattress. We don’t want to speak badly of the house; the location next to the beautiful, picturesque harbor of Erbalunga is undoubtedly privileged. Therefore, heartfelt greetings to the owner, and a big thank you for the great time in his house. We ask for understanding for our suggestions for improvement. Oh, and by the way, it was lovely to find so many tea lights along with holders and candles - very romantic ;-)

Die Lage des Hauses ist fantastisch, die Privat-Terrasse direkt am Meer spektakulär. Erbalunga ist ein süßes Dorf, viele Restaurants, Supermärkte etc. alles fußläufig erreichbar.
Das Haus ist sauber, genug Platz für eine 4-köpfige Familie und an Ausstattung ist alles vorhanden was man braucht, nur das Bad könnte ein klein wenig Fürsorge vertragen.
Man kann nicht direkt am Haus parken, da es direkt in der Stadt und der Fußgänger Zone liegt, aber nicht weit entfernt liegt ein öffentlicher Parkplatz, für den wir einen Parkschein für die Woche zur Verfügung gestellt bekommen haben. 
Wir hatten eine traumhafte Woche hier und können das Haus bedingungslos weiterempfehlen.

The location of the house is fantastic, the private terrace right by the sea is spectacular. Erbalunga is a sweet village, with many restaurants, supermarkets, etc. all within walking distance.
The house is clean, there is enough space for a family of four, and it has everything you need, only the bathroom could use a little more care.
You cannot park directly at the house, as it is located right in the city and in the pedestrian zone, but there is a public parking area not far away, for which we received a parking permit for the week.
We had a wonderful week here and can wholeheartedly recommend the house.

Als je op zoek bent naar het beste van alle werelden dan is dit de place to be: onder handbereik zowel strand, historisch stadje en de bergen. Vanaf huis eindeloos uitzicht op zee richting Elba, in het stadje iedere avond een ander restaurant en over dag een prachtige hike in de bergen of zonnen op het strand.

From the house, you have endless views of the sea towards Elba, and in the town, every evening there is a different restaurant, along with beautiful hiking in the mountains or sunbathing on the beach during the day.

Väldigt vacker liten by. Huset är som på bilderna. Lite slitet men har allt du behöver. Riktig AC som kyler hela huset snabbt. Tomten och framförallt terassen är helt enastående.
Det finns flera bra restauranger och caféer. Bageri och matbutik.
Stranden är inte så kul, men det finns andra fina stränder i närheten (Pietracorbara och Lavasina m.fl.). I Erbalung badar du bäst från klipporna nedanför ”La Terasse”.
Ett litet tips är att ta en fika eller middag på Hotel Castel Brando.
…Men se upp för Medusa.

Very beautiful little village. The house is as in the pictures. A bit worn but has everything you need. Real air conditioning that cools the whole house quickly. The property and especially the terrace are truly outstanding.
There are several good restaurants and cafes. Bakery and grocery store.
The beach is not so fun, but there are other beautiful beaches nearby (Pietracorbara and Lavasina, among others). In Erbalung, you best swim from the cliffs below "La Terasse".
One small tip is to have a coffee or dinner at Hotel Castel Brando.
…But watch out for Medusa.

Tolles Apartment, nette Vermieterin. Erbalunga im Herbst ist sehr ruhig und beschaulich. Der Garten und die Terrasse sind ein Erlebnis für sich. Unsere Kinder sind direkt vom Garten ins Meer gegangen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Great apartment, nice landlord. Erbalunga in autumn is very quiet and picturesque. The garden and terrace are an experience in themselves. Our children went straight from the garden into the sea. We would come back anytime.

L’endroit est magnifique et la terrasse est parfaite pour profiter du soleil. Dès que vous recevez les coordonnées de la personne sur place, la communication est très bonne et très facile par contre la communication avec l’organisme Homerez est très désordonnée. L’organisme vous contacte par le biais de personnes différentes qui vous envoient des messages sans lire ce qui était déjà écrit avant. Mon conseil est de contacter dès que vous le pouvez la personne sur place pour l’organisation de votre arrivée, du service de draps/serviettes si vous désirez le prendre, etc.

Maison située dans un magnifique petit village de pécheur très paisible au moment de notre voyage (début mai). L’emplacement et les extérieurs sont incroyables, vraiment il s’agit du plus bel airbnb que nous ayons fait ! La vue mer de la maison, du jardin et de la terrasse est magnifique, on a l’impression d’être seul au monde. L’intérieur était aussi à la hauteur de l’annonce, tout était très propre, fonctionnel et bien équipé. Merci aussi pour l’accueil chaleureux et très agréable. Un 10/10 !! Nous reviendrons.

House located in a beautiful small fishing village very peaceful during our trip (early May). The location and outdoor areas are amazing, really the best Airbnb we have ever stayed at! The sea view from the house, garden, and terrace is beautiful, you feel like you are alone in the world. The interior was also up to the ad, everything was very clean, functional, and well-equipped. Thank you also for the warm and very pleasant welcome. A 10/10!! We will return.

Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux dans ce superbe Airbnb, situé directement en bord de mer et à deux pas du charmant port d’Erbalunga. La vue était tout simplement à couper le souffle – se réveiller chaque matin avec le bruit des vagues et une vue sur la mer était un vrai luxe. L’atmosphère du village est authentique et animée, avec des petits restaurants charmants et une ambiance détendue. L’hôte locale était adorable et très serviable. Une adresse à recommander sans hésiter pour ceux qui recherchent calme, beauté et charme corse !
