Mapi came across as a friendly, warm woman who responded promptly. For the vacationer looking to experience another side of Gran Canaria... a more rugged nature, more local, this is the right place. We have certainly seen more of the island, but the sea in Estrella was so beautiful and wild that no other place can compare. Furthermore, the location is quite central, which also has its advantages. The apartment is not very large but cozy and everything was available for a good self-catering stay. The view from the balcony was stunning.
