The garden and outside area is beautiful and the finca placed in a peaceful setting. In total we find that the place itself has great potential but it falls in the middle between a hotel apartment and an Airbnb. As an Airbnb it is lacking equipment and comfort and as a hotel apartment more service. Overall we found it to be too expensive for what it was. The kitchen was very poorly equipped and even the big common kitchen is lacking some of the basic things.<br/>Laundry cost extra even though it is not stated in the description, the swimming pool has to be covered with a roof all winter/spring and the water heats by solar cells that takes 5-10 min to get warm also in the kitchen. A lot of this the property refers to as being sustainable and preserving water. All admirable but should be described on Airbnb and also I would question how sustainable it is when the water has to run for so long without a recycle system.

Very nice little house in a beautiful setting. Whether hiking or beach, everything is possible here. Our highlight: The property on which the accommodation is located. Avocado, mango, and almond trees, and exotic flowers right at the doorstep. Since we traveled with a small child, the playground and common areas were also very practical. Thank you Maria, we had a wonderful time!
